SPMS- Sustainable Performance Management System
SPMS is KnightFM quality management system. SPMS ensures that KnightFM performs consistently to plan for cleaning facilities that is thorough, reliable, efficient and economical. The seven SPMS modules form an integrated framework for managing the entire scope of every site’s activity: (1) Safety, (2) Organization of Work, (3) Operations Management, (4) Workplace Organization, (5) Training, (6) Reporting, and (7) Communications. The modules describe standards, procedures, methods, resources, plans, forecasts, checklists and reports. The SMPS modules are documented in the Site Operating Plan (SOP) that will be specifically tailored to any KnightFM site.

KnightVision
KnightFM’s training delivery and record keeping practices are evolving into an intranet-based system. KnightFM calls the new computerized system KnightVision. KnightVision is assessable to all KnightFM employees via an internet connection. KnightFM KnightVision administrators assign training materials.
