Skilled Trades Technical Development

KnightFM employees receive continuous refresher training in safety and job skills. KnightFM has consistently provided required safety training for its personnel. This includes training for skilled trades in HVAC & electrical PM practices; information technology software applications; general management procedures; and training for janitors in hard-floor, carpet care and restroom cleaning methods, tools & equipment. Recently, KnightFM has upgraded its employee skills training program to emphasize supervisory skills and increased technical, IT and communications training.
