Fleet /Mobile Equipment Management

Knight Facilities Management provides supervision, equipment use tracking and operation control, scheduling, and mechanical maintenance of mobile equipment. Inventories under our control include lift trucks, personnel carriers, mobile cranes, man-lifts, and even industrial cycles. Ancillary Services

KnightFM has national account services agreements with numerous suppliers of ancillary services. This gives the company leverage in pricing and a foundation for quality assurance and continuous improvement.

Other operations are more effectively purchased locally. These include painting, window washing, carpet cleaning, and furniture cleaning. In these instances, KnightFM prepares a specification and schedule for competitive bids. We pre-qualify bidders, taking into account the opportunity to source to minority suppliers. We review the successful bidder with the site prior to contract award.
